Returns and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

All health and personal care items are exempt from being returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- When an item has been opened from the packaging

- When an item is no longer in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- When an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Policy (if applicable)

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days (generally, 5-10 business days after investigation).

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re-check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund shows in your account.
